Rock Band aircraft in Paper?

Hey all,

Just a question regarding aircraft flown by famous Rock bands,

Other than Ed Force One, which I have in paper and plastic, did anyone ever make any others?

Lynyrd Skynyrd flew in a Convair CV 240 and Led Zeppelin had a Boeing 707. I m sure there were others, but I m not aware of any

Wouldn 't it be cool to replicate these types of aircraft in paper?

Cheers, Ian

KISS did have a CRJ-200. Skyline's CRJ could be repainted.

Boeing 720 "The Starship".One of the most (in) famous band aircraft ever.

Rolling Stones had 737,767 and I think Connie. They also chartered a few machines.Green Day had very flashy 737.Guns and Roses had at least 2 jets in their logos.Elvis had Convair 880 (still exists I think).

There was quite a few of them around ,mostly charters.

I'f you'd really start a themed collection, you'll probably have to include the Beechcraft Bonanza, which Buddy Holly, The Big Bopper, and Ritchie Valens died in?!

Paul McCartney and Wings rented a private BAC 1-11 for the Wings over America tour in '76, but it barely had any logos.

The Led Zeppelin starship is in my "to-do list"... for sometime in the future as it needs a Boeing 720 to be repainted properly.
That same 720 was later used by Alice Cooper, Elton John, Bob Dylan, The Rolling Stones and many other stars of the time.

It probably would be better to make it as a cutaway plane, as the interior was what made it unique.

On the other hand, Pink Floyd used a blimp to promote their 1994 album and Northamerican tour.

(it counts as an "aircraft, right?)

I have a book on the Constellation with a color profile of the one the Rolling Stones used. KISS also chartered 747 SP (N532PA) that was named Clipper KISS Special.
