Erik - the computer issue was one of those weird ones - turned out not to be my PC and the problem resolved itself anyway! More importantly, the health issues are one the mend...

Just a word of warning here - looks I will be off-line again largely.

The problem I had last time, was every time I tried to access papermodelers.com it came up with a "site took long to respond" message.

I checked everything on my PC and ISP but found it was similar on other PC's, my tablet, phone and other ISP's.

Each day when I logged on I checked out of interest, and one day it just came right by itself.

The issue only affected papermodelers.com - but tests show there is nothing wrong with the site either.

All very puzzling.

But in the last hour, we have suddenly gone back to square one again. Nett result is I can only access using a VPN - but I have very limited access to this. So I will not be active as such until hopefully, it comes right again.

Kevin ... Just a stab in the dark, but have you realised that PM.com is an http site, not an https one. My browser flags it up as 'Not Secure' but I have PM whitelisted so that it now loads in OK. Bearing in mind that the last couple of Win10 updates have also made alterations to Defender, could it be something in your security set up that is stopping PM from loading in?
