Paper modelers magazine

I expect this question has been asked and answered many times, but being new to the hobby (3 years) I will ask it again, is there or are there magazines dedicated to paper modeling available by post for hard copies or downloadable from the internet ( to buy or for free)

Bouwplaten Bulletin is at A5-format, around 28 pages.
A small booklet!
