We have established the provenance of the model
It was published in 1995 by Zenit in Slovakia, and reissued as part of the book I have shown, and Diderick has in his collection.

Any download of this kit will be an illegal scan.

Thanks Rick! I missed the post on it coming from a book. I did have a friend find a copy of the book but between trying to translate it into english I've haven't had much luck trying to build it. Has anyone ever built it? I can't figure out the tube frame work or is something else used to build the frame besides paper? Google Translate is leaving much to be desired plus I had to type in the Slavic (I think) then hit translate, copy and paste into a text file to try and figure it out.
