Urine Could Be Used To Build Houses On The Moon

Interesting article about a building material that could be used to build houses on the Moon.
https://www.space.com/astronaut-moon...rom-urine.html

Now, what could be used to fertilize crops?

Imagine how much fluid they'd have to drink to create enough to build a house. And how long it would take!

Actually urine's quite useful stuff and has been used for all sorts of things over the centuries. At one time it was used as a mordant to 'fix' natural dyes to fabric. You can't help but wonder how they first came up with an idea like that.

"Hey, my pants have faded. Apart from that bit where I peed myself. Hmm... that gives me an idea" ;o)

(Apologies for lowering the tone.. :o))
