Except for the V Stab, it looks like a L-19. The V Stab looks like it's from a Cessna 180.

Yep, a different tail also. Hard to tell from the photo, but it is a rebuilt L-19 fuselage with a V stab from a 185 and 172 H stab and a 300 hp IO-520 built by Cliff Sawyer of Sioux Lookout (hence the registration as a Sawyer L-300 ). Been added to my too-long list of some-day L-19 repaints. C-FICI is now operating out of Carcross.
