Ordering from GPM

Been trying to order a few items from GPM. I'm using a credit card and going through Przelewy24 to pay. It goes through the sequence until I do the final entry and I get transaction cancelled. Has anyone else had this problem? A few years ago I ordered some items and had no problem. Is this due to some of the new TSA security and overseas bank regulations?

Just sent an e-mail to GPM explaining the situation and when I first attempted the order a couple of days ago I submitted P24's problem form to them. From those attempts just got a series of calls from my credit union questioning them. Need to go down to Phoenix area and the credit union is one of the stops, so will bring it up in person with them.

Over the years, I have placed perhaps 6 orders with GPM, the last about a month ago. I always use PayPal. In every case, the items arrived quickly and in great condition.

I don't use PayPal. Tried it a few years ago and account was hacked a couple of times and was just a general hassle getting everything straightened out. The couple of orders I did get from GPM were delivered in a reasonable time and good condition.

Whulsey,

I've only ever had good experience from PayPal. They've protected me on possibly 3 occasions when items simply never arrived or latterly I detected a scam.

I ordered from GPM a while back, it's brilliant that they supply chains, wires, and other useful essentials. Also as others said it all arrived really well packed.

There was an issue with the GPMs website not working properly, it seemed they were out of stock of some items, and as I recall the pictures didn't align with the description. I still had the 'cart' list, order number and price in Zloty, so I emailed Greg at GPM (in English and a copy in Polish pasted in having used Google translate) explaining the situation.

I also had a P24 issue, so, wanting to get my stuff, found on the site that you can transfer the € to him direct - I changed Zloty to € using an online converter. After that it was bellisimo - confirmation arrived from GLS and box arrived via a panting and wheezing courier a while later!

Regards,
Alan

Whulsey, I get messages saying my PayPal account is being hacked, but I just ignore it
and use PayPal anyway with no problem. I think someone is phishing for info. Just ignore it, don't open it and send it to trash.

Cheers, Bob
