Ordering from Answer Models

Has anyone had any experience ordering from Answer Model in Poland and getting items shipped to the US? Good, bad, indifferent process?

not to the U.S but to the UK they can be slow and they have got better at answering emails. have got answer stuff from Orlik there after sales are better and quicker at posting

I have had good luck buying from GPM (gpm.pl) to the US. They sell Answer kits as well.

Both GPM and Orlik have started quoting parcel tracking numbers.

At least you can see where your parcel is

I have ordered direct from Answer once. I have heard some have bad experience with their service. I, myself did not have any issues. I am in the States.

Thank you all for the replies. I put together an order on Answer's site today but the shipping was dreadful.... Ill have to try the other sources mentioned.

I recently ordered a kit -not Answers but it hasn't arrived, I tried to contact them but had no reply.

I have a feeling that many companies are having problems due to COVID. With the increased on line buying, I'm sure the postal services are also having problems as well.

I'm in New Zealand.

Model orders from the US take about 2 weeks are are visible through the tracking system. Orders from Europe seem to get to a point and just stop, or don't even have that much tracking info.

I ordered some models from Orlik on the first of November I usually get them in about 2 weeks had not arrived by the 15 Dec tracing had it levelling Poland on the 3rd of Nov. royal mail said it was lost as it was over 3 weeks. Orlik put in a claim with the polish post and would resend models or give a refund when the polish post confirmed it lost. on the 20th of Dec, they arrived !!!

With the change of situation after Brexitand also the new way UK HMRC are handling VAT, has anyone in UK had problems ordering card models from Poland, especially GPM and WAK?
