Lala

It is good to hear from you again. I still hope the situation with your sister will work out to the good. And you...take care of your foot 8v)

You live in a wonderful spot to be this time of the year with the birds passing through to the north. You're already seeing species I dream of someday seeing and photographing. Enjoy every moment of our fine, feathered friends.

Good to see a message from you again. Sorry to hear about your problems. Living here in Arizona I'm surrounded by the immigration problems on a daily basis. Best of luck and hope you can get things worked out.

Hang in there, Lala.

Perhaps one day borders will disappear altogether...

In the meantime, best of luck to all of you.

And I do have the understanding about the need for borders, the control of immigration, etc. So in that regard, while I may be disappointed, i am not bitter or untoward.

The birds here they are very much active now. I see the ibis in our yard daily. They forage under the trees. I am not sure what they eat. They are I think water birds. I give them a peanut but it is not their interest. The blue jay birds they will eat the peanut though! And we have the cardinals again now.

Tonight I am to cook a big meal for many of our tennis friends so I go now.
