Williams FW26/26b - One of my favorite builds

Here are some pictures of one of my favorite builds, a free download from Metmania. A fairly easy build with good instructions on the site. My build tread is in spanish at this site Modelismo en Papel or you can look at the pictures by themselves here.

Hope you like them.

Very nice builds! I've been a big Schumie Jr. fan and love the distinctive look of that car, even if the theory didn't really work out.
I've still never figured out how to download models from Metmania - I wish I could because they have some stuff I'd like to build at some point in the future. I know that's slightly off-topic - but I just miss something from their site.

Thanks dansls1.
The downloads only work in the Japanese version of the site. I use the english version to locate which links are the downloads, the re-enter through the japanese version to download.

Definitely in the "I can't believe it's made out of paper" category.

Thanks, no scale is actually given, but comparing model distance between axles to real dimensions gives me about 1:15 scale.

Okay, this should get you to the master download page.

http://metmania.com/dl.htm

Click on the buttons or the blue links and you'll be sent to the various collections of helmets or cars. To get the Williams FW26, click on the 1 Feet Formula 1 button. On the following page, click on the little blue A and B on the left for two zips of 6 pages of parts. At the bottom of the page, clicking on [FW26 B f[^] will give you conversion parts for the FW26B.

Cheers,
Mike

Thanks Mike! I actually went back and figured it out yesterday, but I swear I had tried to get those models like 3 times before and hadn't been able to get them.

Quick note, the drivers don't come with the original downloads. You have to click on the Photo BBS link and upload a photo of at least one of the models completed. Leave a valid e-mail address and ask for the drivers/pilots, the author will send them to the address you give.

Any questions, pm me.
