OK it has been longer then i expected but atlast i manneged to get something done.the under cowl :all its 14 parts fit very accurately and it was rely cool to shape the curves ...i never knew paper could bend and curve like this...i allso covered the inside so that my joining strips will not show, and this is how it came out.

The Exhaust :the only part that didnt fit was the black/gray drum /boiler ...it was too small to fit its endings ,so i had to enlarg it 5 % in its width ,other then that every thing fits very well. i havent glued the tubs yet so it is just dry fitting i will wait with the glueing to the final assembly so i will get the angles right.
the chrome parts were covered withe CA glue then sanded down ,then sprayed with acrilic sealer and after drying out sprayed with a simple chrom spray.
