I have built other car paper models, but this is the first one of an early vintage type car.

There are very few models that fall into this time period that I am aware of. They certainly are fascinating and beautiful to look at.

I thought maybe I would throw in another picture of it.

I love Richard Vyskovsky (spelling?) he is one of the artists whose work got me back into card modeling.

Nice job!!!

You can download this model here. Also, in case you are interested, I have made a tribute page to Richard Vyškovský-
http://sitekreator.com/thewoodengraver61/viskovsky.html

Here you can read a short biography and find several free download links to some of his other models, and 2 links with some very impressive kits for purchase.

Thomas,
The page was removed due to lack of interest. Very few want to learn about the old school methods.

That's unfortunate to hear Phil. I for one enjoyed the page, the models and even built some of them.

I'm sorry to hear it, too, Phil. I guess you can't keep a page up for just a few people, but it was a good resource that might have grown more interest with time.

Too bad. After seeing Bluenoser's beautiful model, I downloaded the Thomas Flyer, have imagineered it a couple of times, and hope to get it built before the year is out.

I understand the low-use dynamic that caused you to remove the page, Phil, but I'm sorry there wasn't more interest.

I downloaded that page, some time ago, but lost in a Hard Disk failure.
A little Card-model archaeology is also here:
