[GALLERY]Liebherr 954 Litronic excavator in 1:25 scale

Hello everyone.
I would like to show model of the excavator Liebherr 954 Litronic. The model I made some time ago but he didn't have plotted decals. He was at one time available somewhere on some website for free download.
Same model was completed by me on the cardboard elements to strengthen the entire construction, new tracks, sprockets and bearings, cabin and fans of the engine and decals.

Enjoy watching.

This is how the excavator looks in action in the real world.

and this is model made by me

and here some pics taken before it was all made it together

When I face of it at the beginning it seemed that the model will be a tough in assembly. But when I started the build went quite well.

WOW! That is fantastic, I love it... and awesome job on the weathering, not many people like to weather earthmoving models cos they're so dirty all the time but you've done an excellent job of it...

You said this was a free download, do you or anybody know where I can find this? Or is this the excavator designed by nosports with a hell of a lot of added detail?

Wherever it came from, I have to build it! After my Mammoet build I was planning to start building earthmoving equipment, this would go well with what I have collected so far.

Hi I found it on this website http://jleslie48.com/nosport/index.html
there is more models designed by Chriess not detailed but designed in high level leaving scope for detail nuts.
The model didn't have a numbered parts and no cabine interior or detailed trucks and entire suspenssion. I was forced to design lots of parts not included in papercraft.

I sav your build of your avesome destroyer and crane. Very good job keep on doing.

Cheers

Thanks for the compliment, that truck I'm building is from the same guy who designed your excavator also available on the same website (nosports, a member here).

I've always planned to build it like you did, with paint and maybe some weathering. I doubt I could do it to the standard you have achieved, but now I have something to aim for, thanks for sharing your build with us.
