Yes, Cami, there's gonna be more but I'm tied up in other projects with aviation at the moment. So, really sorry to keep you and others waiting.

Well, just came back from planes and continue with the Chevy. I've added side mirrors, windscreen frames and rear fender and decorated the body with some tiny strips of self-adhesive chrome paper. Since this model is made from 80 gsm recycled paper, it hasn't got the glossy look that is seen in heavier photo paper. A final touch up and an overall coat of clear paint or varnish will be painted when the wheel base is fixed. I'm not sure how it will look and let's see.

Thanks, Cami, I hope you wouldn't mind my add-ons. I bet if you like, you can design the "extras" much better, like giving more details of the front fender.

I am not going to design that kind of extras as I keep my models as simple as possible to make them enjoyable by the majority of modelers and even if the small scale is adding to the difficulty level, I believe that even a beginner with a few tips and basic techniques can achieve satisfying results after only a try or two... or three lol.
I am happy, though, to see that guys like you or CMag are able to customize it and turn it into a unique piece of art. I think that taking a kit and adding personal touches to it is part of the fun of modeling and what you just did to the Chevy looks very interesting. The chrome paper is a very good idea as well! You may wonder what has happened to the Chevy 57 after six months of putting things together. Here she is, under a few coats of clear spray and Tamiya gloss clear paint on fenders and head lights.
