Gix .. Yep it's the Trotter's van, but there are other variations too. Regretably there's no Morgan though. That would have to be pretty detailed with it's external engine.

Curt ... there are a few Fiat 126 but no 500, not even the early ones.

Most modern is the Smart Fortwo Coupe.

As he owns one, I've suggested to Terry that he should do a Toyota Sera, but he hasn't bitten yet.

Johnny.
My bad, i thought you meant the "Micro" as in the size of model

Ready or not ... here they come ...

Be prepared ... there's over 150 of them on Terry's CD.

Hi VK,
They are all around 2" wide and 2" tall. The longest one so far is the Reliant Van at 5.5".

I've toyed with the idea of printing them at 50%, but my old fingers are finding these difficult enough.

It all depends how 'buildable' they are. I've been doing Jan Rukr's models at 73% as well as the planes I've been doing lately. It all depends on the models whether they can reasonably be down-sized or not.

Are your plans to do all 150?

I recognised there Reliant Robin, Smart for two, BMW Isetta and Messerschmidt.
Would you post here some templates too?

I refer you back to post #1 of this thread.
These are not my designs, they are from a CD sold by by Terry Parkin.
They are available by emailing Terry ... [email protected]
Or, see his website at ... www.terrysmodelcars.co.uk
Over 150 designs for £5.99 + p&p isn't much to pay.

I'll probably slowly work my way through most of them. They are not complicated or time consuming models. An hour or two at most.
So in the odd spare moments, where I'm just not in the mood to really get stuck in, another one of Terry's wee beasties gets snipped up.

The more complex stuff is really mounting up now though. I really must make a determined effort to get stuck in, but life is still a bit too intrusive of my hobby time. The Micromodels PBY hull is sitting there demanding it's glass work, and the Bow top caravans are looking all sad with no wheels on them. Cutting out small scale spoked wheels is proving a real pain to my old eyes and hands. I must get a hands-free magnifying glass, so I can see what I'm doing better.

Johnny.

Just a few more ....

Modelling time has now been taken over by 'Scrat' (see Nando's Avatar).
He continually fought his way to the top of the pile, so he's now under construction.
He's not a beginners model though. This may take a while.

I've found a Fiat 500 for ya Curt, available free in several colours, so watch this space and one or two may well appear.
1/30Model of ?????? 1/30model

There's a few more Micro-cars there too, so I've added to the collection.
Not my bag, but there's also some F-1 cars there if anyone likes them.

Johnny.
