Well, I took the plunge, after some 18 months thinking and pondering about it

Yesterday, I printed the kit on my legal cardstock, and i did 8 pages to the sheet

A reduction to 35.29%

So far the first 5 pieces are glued up, the grill insert is about the same size as my thumb's upper digit

I will have pictures soon

Rick

I am almost done the orange Lamborghini at full size,.. I haven't worked on in in 5-6 months mind you but it's pretty cool none the less,.. Reducing the model down 35-50% would be cool,.. My thoughts for the big ones I have we're to mount them on my kids rooms wall diagonally so it looked like they were street racing up the wall and you were viewing it from the top,.. And maybe adding vinyl letters "need for speed" along the wall too

Those are pretty itty bitty compared to the original scale.

yup! small but looking good!,.. i have often wondered about making it small like yours and then hardening the paper so i can sand all the fold lines down to make it smooth!,.. giving it a coat of primer and then a nice spray coat!,..

BTW visual Spicer is working on a 2014 Corvette Stingray,.. looking really sweet

Im excited to see how this build comes together! I built the full size model and as mentioned above, it does have some extra fold lines that it could do without, it turned out great.

HCMS, i won a free download of his new 2014 Stingray on Facebook.... he hasnt released it yet... but when he does i will get right on the build... ill post progress photos in a new thread.
