i thought it was so simple......

its ed straker's new car for the movie UFO2015!
don't fight about miyattas.
karmagias and pacers were obviously girl cars, along with the vw rabbit, but both side pulled off driving them with out anything falling off or growing on......

besides, I really like the Mexican solar electric quetzal- its a two seater, trike, looks like an egg and is only 2,ooo usd.

cmon. look at this baby! new shimmer is a desert AND a floor cleaner and has the enzimes that roads crave!

its called sarcasm...I think you are reading a little too literal.
relax
see the quotes...that implies this is someone else's statement, not mine.
This would have been the attitude of car company in the 1959s.

The 1950s were still a very sexist time.
Women were still treated as frail, weak, and a secondary market to Car Makers.
However VW did take the initiative and design a car with the woman driver in mind.
But lets face it, the Karmann Ghia was just another reflection of the sexist attitudes.

Sorry...but HP doesn't necessarily dictate a cars performance.
In the 50s, Porsche was truly a "high performance" automobile.

And, to wrap up...the idea of a pretty little convertible is the (sexist) idea of a "girl's car".
And, thats the joke here aswell.

Now, would you like to talk about those useless little fur bags...cats?
I have an opinion on those too.

I wouldn't ever own a Miata or simialr, mostly because I live in a climate zone where that kind of car is impractical most of the year. Oh, and the fact that if I am able to shoe horn myself in, my head sticks out, quite literally, nearly a foot over the windscreen.

They do seem like they'd be fun to throw around. Not crazy fast or powerful, for a blast to sling around curvy roads.

I'm with Lisa though. I've got a '72 Chevelle sitting in my parents garage right now. It was our family car, fresh from the factory in '72, and we've still got it. That's my inheritance!

A real guy's car has 500 HP minimum, one seat, no doors, a full roll cage and makes only left turns on dirt tracks, asphalt is mostly for getting to the track and hauling the pieces back to the garage and no chihuahuas allowed......lol

Well Shirley Muldowney would say otherwise.

To me, nothing says "girl's car" like a 1956 Dodge LaFemme (woman in french).

About the initial topic, I don't think that this concept is bringing anything new except that the designer forgot the windshield!!!
