Wrebbit Mercedes-Benz 1935 500K Roadster 1:10

Hi All,

Decided to do something different for my next model.

It's the Wrebbit 1935 Mercedes 500K Roadster. Kit comes with 18 sheets of different thickness cardboard, pre-cut, 553 parts, instruction book and a plastic bag of string, dowels and other small pieces.

Printing looks excellent with many chrome pieces and all in a glossy finish.

Fred

Here are the final photos to complete Part 1.

Have not had a problem fitting the parts. Since the parts are all glossy, have roughed up the areas where the glue goes to create a better bond.

Really like this model so far.

Next up is the Engine.

Thanks Marco, that was a quick post. Hope to have some photos of the engine tomorrow. Always manage to get some building done on weekends.

I'm joining too to see how this is built. Never seen a construction report of it. So this will be most interesting!

Looking good! I'm currently building this one myself, you're almost at the same point I am. The fit of all the parts is great. Working overtime has put a crimp in my building. I hope you enjoy this build as much as I have.

I remember trying to build this kit 15 years ago. I wish I could find another one to try again.
