Nice.
I get the impression they are built with regular weight papers? If so, try using cardstock...I designed them to be built with 65lb cardstock. You might like the results. Just be sure to pre-score all your fold lines. - Are these done to the original scales, or did you change the print size?

Yes Dave, true, I'm out of stock of my thick paper. And those built using original scales....
