Roman Vasilyev's 1/72 Ford Tank

This is the smallest yet that I have built. Another great build and can now add another to my armour museum. I did do a bit of kit bashing by making the track area 3D by three layers of lamination simular to other of Roman's kits.

Now I gotta empty the bottle the cap came from.:D

Wow that looks great! I am almost done with this tank. It looks like you doubled some of the pieces on the track assembly?

Now that I've read ALL of your first post, I have the answer to my question. I have to admit, I didn't think of doing that till I saw it on yours.

Horologium, sounds like you also have an interest in astronomy.
Thank you for your comments. I got the idea of laminating the track area from building other armor kits by Roman. I found the hooks to be the hardest to make and look right.

Thumbs up

Very, VERY COOL!!! I love the extra steps you took, sometimes drawing the graphic just isn't enough. I like to add layers upon layers...

Not astronomy, I am a watchmaker. Although someday I would like to make my own astrolabe...

Yes, I saw that you were a watch maker but Horologium is a minor constellation in the southern hemisphere. So I thought you were into astronomy. John
