Talking [Gallery] The equestrian road roller 1:20 my own design.

Siemanos.

I would like to show You my latest work. This is the equestrian road roller, that was used by road workers at the end of 19th and at the beginning of 20th century. Renovated original can be viewed in Muzeum Drogownictwa (Museum of Road) in Szczucin (place between Kielce and Tarnów, in the southern Poland) Muzeum Drogownictwa w Szczucinie ? Wikipedia, wolna encyklopedia and Zespó? Historii Drogownictwa :: Generalna Dyrekcja Dróg Krajowych i Autostrad - Serwis informacyjny. I really like the machine and I have been going to do this model for a long time. The construction was hindered by the lack of appropriate figures of horses. However, I managed to get such figures in Germany, so construction started.

The original looks like this Panoramio - Photo of Muzeum Drogownictwa.

Here is my version of the road roller’s model.

Whole model.

Most of the problems I had with deciphering the construction of a horse harness. Here are the results of work.

Thank You all for Your time. See You.

Fantastic. Harness is tough, but you did a really nice job on it.

Just downloaded the rails. Look good, thanks and I see you've added some larger hex heads also.

I loved your Cement Mixer!
This is another fine looking model.

What about the Horses?
I like your plastic ones, they look very good.
In fact, they look better than the real sculpture!

...but what about some paper ones?

Something helpful
...on your Downloads page, you have a PDF download of "paper screws".
Took me a while to figure out what was going on.

These are not screws...they are hexagonal Bolt Heads.
Six sided heads of Bolts.
very useful.
Just incorrectly named.

The Pallet is a good idea.
I have a much simpler pallet design.
I like yours.
