Looks like a very detailed model. Which company offered it?

Good day to all
Vermin King according to my knowledge (which is not much) its a model by Paper-model 3D and apparently also their only release. Do not know if they designed it as well or just released the model. This is one of the models I found in my box of goodies. Finished the chassis last night and will start with the interior tonight, here are the pics. Still need to do some touch-up work, but I am happy so far with the outcome. |

Hi Guys
Sorry no pics today - started with the dash last night but it took me almost 2 hours to figure out how and where a support piece/connection piece between dash and firewall must go. Not shown in instructions only a picture of dash and a numbered arrow from behind the dash. Will post some pics and description on Monday as to how and where this piece must go. On another note would like to know if there is anyone out there that can unfold a .skp file for me of a monster truck (detailed). in a large scale any help would be appreciated. |

Hi all, hope you guys had a good week-end.
I have been building this week-end and have some more progress pics for you. I have added a simple picture to described the way part no c-32 and c-33 are joined seeing it is not shown in the diagrams like I mentioned on Friday - hope this will help anyone who want's to build the Escort. |

Hi Guys
apologies for not posting for a while now, but the Escort have been put on hold (just for a few days). I am just helping my son with a big school project (building a Khoisan village) and as you guessed most of the parts will be made from paper including rocks, trees and the huts. Found some nice ideas and free downloads on the web that can help a lot. Will resume build on the Escort on the weekend. |

Not to worry Scott. As we say around here "Real life always comes first". We look forward to the resumption of your build when you can. Don't suppose you could post some pics of your son's school project could you?

Hi All
OK Son's School project is finished and will resume the Escort build from tonight. Will start posting pics from Monday again. Unfortunately I did not take any pics from the Son's project, He was in such a hurry when it was finished to get it to School that I never got a chance to take pics. |

Hi All
I have done some building this week-end and here is the pics. I have started with the back of the roll-gage first because the safety belts are actually connected to a beam at the back of the roll-gage. The model only provides short pieces of the safety belts and I would like to do it the way it should be in the real car. So I am going to finish the back part of the roll gage and then make my own extensions on the safety belts and add them and then do the front part of the roll gage. I have added a photo taken from a Tamiya plastic kitt (sorry - luckily not mine) just to show what I mean. |

Hi Guys
The next set of pics in the Escort build. As you can see I have done the first part of the safety belts and will do the next and last part tonight. The side belts need to go through the sides of the seats and to the back floor where they must be mounted. Also will be adding some more detail to the interior like buttons on steering wheel and some wiring. As always I will post the pics when done. |

As promised here are the next set of pics.
You will notice the gloss shine on the body work, It was done with normal nail varnish (gloss clear coat) from a cheap brand available here. First coat dries matt cause its being soaked up by the card and then sealed, second coat go's on gloss. The two buttons on steering wheel (red & blue) are just "blobs" of paint applied with a toothpick and left to dry. added some basic wiring and finished the safety belts. Starting tonight with the rear of body. |
