this is another ford cockpit (ghia)!
1981-1982 concept car mini racer cute but I don't know if I still have it I did this back in 2011 I should but I don't know that!
 I have it but it's a little dusty right now but I cleaned it with I soft tissues! and I just took photos of it and it's my only first 3 wheeler ever! enjoy!  how's that Rick! good enough?

Nice looking car! As for cleaning, a large soft clean brush like a makeup brush should work well. You can probably find one at the dollar store.
