I just tried and had no issue. My Norton antivirus didn't flag anything either.

When I tried to grab it the other day, I couldn't get it either.

Chrome blocked it for me too, but I'm the brave b*gger that regularly surfs around the Russian, Chinese and Korean blogs ... I pushed on through the Chrome block and it downloaded fine. Picked up a nice deuce 3 window (American Graffiti style) as well.

Chrome, Avast, and anything MS seem to panic as soon as any Eastern block website comes in sight. There's a lot of Western sites that fight hard against Adblock too. I've lost count of how many times Win10 updates have helpfully uninstalled Adblock and CCleaner for me. Mind you, you have to be a bit careful with CCleaner lately too. It can be a bit over-enthusiastic if you don't keep an eye on the tick boxes. Once, CC actually deleted itself.

For me, there's only one setting for anything related to Cortana ... OFF!

I use Firefox as my browser, and plain ol' Google as my search engine. I give Norton time to inspect any file before I download it to my computer, and it's been years since my computer has been successfully "infected". Although I've had a few model files flagged over the years, I've actually had more intercepted attacks when clicking on video file links from yahoo news, etc.

I've no particular loyalty to Chrome, but I do find it's Translation facilities very useful.

Finding IE was getting pretty useless, I moved onto Chrome Browser soon after it came out, and I've not found it necessary to move on since.

I must admit that I've never tried Firefox, but I do keep Opera available for the odd times when Chrome just won't play nicely with the Oriental sites.

Any chance someone could post a copy of the OP's plan? Nothing seems to work.
