Thanks, Volker. I will look forward to seeing the pictures.

And many thanks for giving us so much pleasure at this time of the year. It is good to have some mysteries. It causes us to work together and exchange information, which is a big part of the fun!

I am making progress with the Actros, but am two models behind, and just downloaded Number 12, the first part of another big one.

Well - that solves the mystery of the towing apparatus for the Actros, but raises some questions about the other parts. Onward and upward.

The Work So Far

Images 1 and 2: I have completed the first three, but am falling further behind on the subsequent models.

Images 4-7: The Actros as best I can manage so far, although I have parts left over. All the wheels touch the ground, but I did not discover until too late that the second axle was slightly off center to port.

Image 8: Extra parts? I would be glad to add them if anyone can tell me where. I assume the black smiley thing is a bumper, but cannot find images of M-B Actros trucks with a black front bumper. I understand all the hubs and cylinders make up to wheel hub extensions, but, again, can't find images to confirm which wheels get the extensions.

All advice and criticism gratefully accepted.

The long black thing is the sun shade

the extra wheel parts are to make the dual rears have dimension(depth) and the front wheels have a more pronounced hub
the other parts in red, i am not sure
