Thanks, VK! I'm glad to hear that. I had some false starts, had to relocate the light bar, and thought it was beginning to look rather Raggedy Andy. Your feedback makes me feel good.
On to Number 17 (i), which Ray has identified as a Mercedes-Benz 100d. The item circled in red is surely a reinforcing strip, but what does it reinforce? Perhaps the join between the front lower body and the lower deck (red arrow)? I think that's the only mystery about this one. I'm still hoping a 1954 "Blue Wonder" racing car transporter will show up this year. Don |

Thanks, Rick! I'll get back to work on it tomorrow, then try my hand at one of the big ones.

Spent much of the day at performances of Bach's Christmas Oratorio and Handel's Messiah, then a long, leisurely, and very pleasant dinner with friends, but got a little work done on "i".
Should be able to finish tomorrow, then will start on one of the big 'uns. Don |

Flaws must be minor, as I can't see them. Nice build Don!

Looking good Don! I'm with you Ray; if there are flaws I can't see them either.

Questions on the Ecomic (Model f, No. 12)
Thank you kindly, Ray and Elliott. Just don't look too closely at the top rear joint of the cab and the front bumper.
The Ecomic is underway, but before I begin the gluing up, I have a few questions. First image: What are the gray rectangles marked by a question mark? Inserts for the wheel wells? Am I correct that the dual wheels go on the rearmost axle (Wheel set 3) and, therefore (Second Image), axle V1 goes in front (Wheel set 1), then H1 (Wheel set 2), and the short axle goes with Wheel set 3? Third image: Which hub extenders (A, A1; C, C1) go with which wheels? Where do the hub rings (B) go? Fourth image: There are no gluing tabs for the aft end of the platform. I intend to fabricate some to assure the whole enchilada is dress-right-dress. Fifth image: The work so far. Off to lunch with Lil. Will continue scoring, cutting, folding, and gluing when I return.
