Cool ...it's BIG ennit? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it's American?

Well, having brought in an American camper ... I wonder if the allusive Airstream will put in an appearance?

Yep, Thor motor coaches are made in Indiana. Thor's headquarters are in my city, Elkhart. Just down the road from me. Our city is the "RV capital of the world". We even have an RV Hall of Fame museum, with a big convention center.

Some Questions About Model No. 4

1. Do I have the white tabs folded correctly in Image 1 (arrows)?

2. Does the white tab in Image 2 (arrow) get folded up and, if so, what does it attach to?

3. Does the white square in Image 3 (arrow) get cut out and if so, why? What goes through the square hole? Or does the white square NOT get cut out and, if so, what gets glued there?

4. What is this and where does it go?

5. How do I attach the front wheel?

Hope to get this one finished tomorrow morning before going in to the USAWC to give a lecture.

Don

Don,

The fourth pic is front axle, it does goes into the little square you indicate on the 3rd pic, still figuring out the first two images

Don,
on the second picture, the white could be cut out, as the "Chassis box" sticks out that end, and the front wheel

in the first picture, the left arrowed tab, would glue to the top of the "Chassis box"
on the second arrowed tab, you could fold it back and glue to the "Chassis box" or cut off

Hartelijk dank, Rick!

Your answers and the image are very helpful. I guess that's what the completed set of models will look like. I couldn't see that image since I don't have a Facebook account, so I appreciate your posting it.

I think the forward white tab in my Image 1, above, should be bent forward to provide support for the front wheel housing.

The Piaggio as provided in Model 4 must be 1/43. It can't be 1/87 like the Niesmann + Bischoff and the Thor.

I agree with the scale, looked at the Piaggio , next to other kits, and it does make sense it is 1:43

Looking good so far.
Wonder if this might be in the mix.

Would this temporarily fill the need?
