Looks nice. I am falling behind. Didn't have a chance to finish the Piaggio today, but will try to get some building done over the next couple of days.

Now the big question:
Will the zombie hordes follow tomorrow?!

Maybe not zombies, and not a full horde, but a pair of 1/87th rvs.

There's a huge Thor for the 5th, an even bigger Winnebago for the 6th, and now two more mini scale campers for the diorama for the 7th. Methinks Volker is testing you Don. Best you rope Lil in to help.

Me, I'm just filing 'em 'cos I'm busy elsewhere..

Another Piaggio Question

Falling further behind and still struggling with Model 4. The current hang up is the tail end assembly (circled in red in Image 1).

The problem is the tab (red arrow, Image 2).

Not sure if the tab is glued to the end of the flatbed widthwise, in which case the rear end platform is unsupported.

The tab prevents gluing the assembly flat on the rear end of the flat bed.

Any ideas out there?

Don

Your Red Circled/Oranged Arrow item is the back bumper

In the second picture, score both long lines that border the 3 "rectangles" in the middle
and then fold over to complete the back bumper, attaching it to the chassis box at the middle rectangle

Hope that makes sense, I would build this, but i am in the end of the semester routine right now, so not much time for building

Rick

Sound of me slapping my forehead and muttering, "Duh!"

Thanks, Rick. I should have realized it since that's a pretty standard Volker bumper approach.

And another Mini RV on 8.

He's being good this year, I haven't had to stay up late at all so far.
