I have gone through my files, and came across the 2014 Dakar X-Raid team, and the support trucks, from what I have been able to gather, those 10 grey rectangles are actually shelves for the interior of the big box on the back of the truck.

You can download the support trucks if you go to the rallye tab, and click on Dakar 2014, it will be the first team listed.

But for this Organization truck, you can omit them from your build
