Thanks for the suggestion. It's the right shape and size, but it doesn't show that way on the images of the completed model that Volker posted.

I wonder if it goes under the fifth wheel. I have held off gluing the fifth wheel on to the top of the vehicle in case that is the answer.

That was how I originally interpreted it ... until I saw the build photos. That's why I did not say anything.

Could those square tubes be frames under the container? Again, it doesn't show that way in the build photos, and there aren't enough of them, but on the page where we access the gallery photos, the frame looks 3d. I'm just not sure.

How are you doing with the wheels?

Don - item with the triple red bar logo on it, could it mean 'laminate to 3 thickness' by any chance ?

Thanks, Gotham and Rick. After I laminate the frame, do I cut out the interior sections?

Dave - The wheels are straightforward, but my craftsmanship is not great, so they look a little Raggedy Andy. Full day tomorrow, but I should have the wheels on and the cargo body completed on Saturday before Lil and I head off to watch a Met Opera simulcast of The Magic Flute.

May reinforce the sides of the cargo body.

Still lost on that mysterious grey square piece with the small strip with it. I sat on the ol tinternet looking at what pics are out there of the real vehicle, but couldn't find this part showing in any of them . 🤔🤔🤔
