This one is for a local collector of motorcycle memorabilia. His wife asked me to make it as a christmas gift. It will be going under glass.
I am now able to get back to a beta build of a cf-101 for John Bowden. After that I want to do something different... like a 1/200 uss san francisco (cruiser). I am not sure I could handle looking at any more tubing that you take scallops out of in order to impart a bend. |

Very nice work, thanks for showing us, AND for the reminder of the model. I had forgotten it. I need the engine for another project.

Absolutely splendid! Like everyone else who has got in before me I am most impressed with the quality of your build. Please accept my apologies for the poor quality of the instructions. I would love to have produced clear diagrams to go with the text, but I am afraid my drawing abilities are negligible, so anything I could do would cause more confusion, not less. <nitpick> You have actually made the Model 6 (no suffix) variant rather than the 6A. This has the triangular battery box below the saddle, and induction coil attached to the saddle tube. The 6A has magneto ignition. </nitpick> All best wishes, Alan |

Thales,
Thank you so much, for the model kits. Back in the early 1950s, I learned to ride on an Indian (1953 model). I still have the leather, western style, fringed jacket that I wore riding that wonderful machine. (No, I cannot fit into the jacket at this stage in my life) |
