Aston Martin DBR-9 LeMans 2005

Hello friends

This is my new project. An old free papermodel, still downloadable thru Wayback Machine.

Here's the link: https://web.archive.org/web/20071002...k/astonmartin/

Original scale 1:18 (printed on A4). I printed it on A3, so roughly scale 1:6. Hopefully I got the meassures correct, so that everything fits.

The instructions are'nt the best, I hade to search for reference-pictures to find out how certain part fit and comes together. I explain more detail when I build the parts.

/ Wilhelm

The steeringwheel, gearstick, dashboard, doors and some boxes
I laminated the steeringwheel and used a bit of cable for roundness.
The gearstick I also lamintade and added some details. In some of the pictures you can see the differance between the models and the enhancements made by me. The driver compartement is far from finished.

The last picture is the orginal car..

Great start, I'm looking forward to seeing how this model goes together.

I have wanted to build this one also, and at 1/6 that would be perfect. Keep up the good work. Gregg

Will69,

I just tried accessing the repaint, and I got an error message.

That's odd. I was able to save the three models, but I didn't try to open them

Okay, they open.

What OS are you using?

Vermin King: I had this model printed out a long time ago. Right now I am using Win10 with 7zip. I looked at the files that I have stored, and they extracted fine.
