The footboards assembled with the brackets, well dried and edges colored, then mounted on the frame.

I'm also loving the weathering, it just makes everything look the bit more realistic and 'used'.

Hello everybody ,

The wheels are assembled in a known way, first the two front, as well as the spare wheel.
At the rear there are twin wheels which are already own models.
After 40 hours of construction time, the frame and the wheels are finished.

I like a lot the final look of your completed sections. Please let me know something more about your painting methods. Many of the parts seems to be completely painted. They seem absolutely realistic. What kind of paint do you use? You simply give some weatering and esge-coloring or you re-color everything? The "lived" looking is wonderful. Nothing seems to reveal the real "paper-made" nature of this frame... wonderful!
