MERCEDES 1500 S Fire Engine - 1:25 - Answer

A hello from the Styria,

After the GoMo it goes now with my new project.
This time it goes back to the road I will build the Mercedes 1500 S fire engine from Answer.
The print is beautiful, but I can not judge whether that is an offset or digital printing.

In addition to 5 pages of picture instructions, there are 8 arches on which about 900 partly very filigree parts are distributed.
* The trailer you see on the front page is also present in the bow.

For the beginning there are times the pictures of the bow,

regards

Hello ,

Now is the start shot ...
We begin with the substructure, the first parts for the ladder frame.
The transverse beams 14 + 4 form the base frame.
There should actually be two of the cross brace, but one is missing, so it is copied.
The two crossbars are placed in the frame.
Now first I close the frame with the lower bars.

Kind regards
Kurt

Hello !

Place the cut-out grate frame on the floor plate, and then the ladder frame.
The parts for the oil pan and transmission are assembled and glued.
Also my darling made a car, but since this was made for consumption there are only the pictures of it, but it was very good!

Kind regards
Kurt

Hello !
The parts for the rear suspension.
Glue the finished spring package to the conductor frame.
Likewise with the front suspension.
For the differential, the parts are clear.
The support members 25 for the differential are absent in the arc. They are simply made by themselves.
Many greetings Kurt

Hello everybody

For the exhaust I have clad a 1 mm floral wire with stripes of brown tufted paper.
The front axle with the steering linkage.
The front bumper is mounted on the frame.

The underbady/frame is looking good Kurt. I'm not familiar with the term tufted paper. I see it in the photo but am still unsure what it is. Could you describe it a little more please and maybe where or how you got it? Thanks!

Edit: Plain brown 0.02mm paper. Thanks Kurt!
