Mike...it looks like you didn't get your wheel diameter/circumference measurements quite right.
As a result, the Tread strip is a bit short, and is smaller than the Wheel face diameter. Heres how you figure out the correct dimensions: Start with your Wheel diameter. (I like to use metric-millimeters because its already a decimal number. You can't use a calculator with fractions. You have to convert to decimal. Its sometimes harder. 1/2" is easy to convert = .5 -but something like 5/16 or 7/8 can be tougher (.3125 and .875) So measure your wheel diameter using millimeters and the math is a bit easier. Lets say your Wheel disc is 80mm (which is also the same as 8 centimeters) Multiply 80 by 3.1416 (3.1416 is Pi...sounds like "pie", but its not pie) And you get 251.328 (251 and a bit, is probably close enough) Thats the length of the Tread strip you have to cut. It will fit exactly on to the 80mm wheel disc. ... You can do it the other way around too. If you need to work backwards. Maybe to check part sizes? Lets say you already have a Tread strip that is 200mm long (before its rolled). You can divide that number (the circumference) by Pi (3.1416) 200 divide by 3.1416 And you get 63.66mm which would be the diameter of the Wheel discs. Hope this helps you make better wheels. Other than that, your artwork looks good.

Man oh man, after seeing that my head hurts. Guess that's why I just buy kits that others have designed.
