Tucker Torpedo 1948

I am looking for the Tucker Torpedo 1948. I have found a very basic one, but I also found a photo of this one, but I can not find the actual kit for it.

Thank you for any information that you may have.

I think I've seen it before. And I believe I downloaded it long ago. If my memory is right it is at a small scale.
Let me check to see if I can trace it

Edit:
I believe it is this one: "Tucker Torpedo 48 by Keymaker papercraft".
Facebook page with more photos: https://www.facebook.com/KeymakerPapercraft/

I have the file in PDF and PDO.
It was an old download from an Argentinean papercraft forum that is now defunct. The original 4shared download has disappeared since.

The same Argentinean designer released a kit of a blue Charger 69 and a General Lee, prior to this one. But I don't seem to have them.

If you can't find it easily, just let me know your mail in a PM and I'll send it your way

What I can't find is the scale... :(

Kind regards.

Taking the actual length of the car (556cm) and dividing by the length of the model (250mm) I get 1/22.24 scale. Hope that helps.

This was extracted from the .pdo ... (Same one as Ruben's) The facebook site is still there but none of the download links are working.

But as Ruben ... I have the .pdo

That General Lee looks good too ,,, sing out if'n ya find a DL link.

Keymaker's last FB post was in 2012 so I doubt if a PM will get answered, but I have sent one.

The forum where this was originally posted was called "Imprime - recorta - pega" (print-cut-glue).
Parts of it can still be accessed via the wayback machine: https://web.archive.org/web/20150801...corta-pega.com

Apparently the site closed down sometime in 2015 or 2016 because of financial problems to pay the host.

They had a discussion forum, and a dedicated section to downloads with detailed information on each kit, and proper links to the designers' sites.

Although I think the site was based in Argentina, people from other Latin American countries participated.
Keymaker was one of the main collaborators of that site. And if you remember the anime figures by Alcli0ne, he was also active there in the beginning before he closed his site.

I never engaged much there because they were mainly dedicated to helmets, Sci-fi, props, and anime-comic figures. "Traditional" and more complex subjects like the ones I'm used to were just a fraction of their usual discussion.

Rhaven,

I built a kit by MatyᚠŠevčík (2011) last year; see attached photos. It is in 1:100 scale. I am not sure where I found it, but I will try to find out.

I've just had a reply to the FB message I left for Keymaker. He says he will send the files for the Tucker and The General Lee if I give him an email address.
This I have done (and bookmarked his email) but I've not had an answer yet.
I also invited him to join the foerum, but don't know what his inactivity story is yet.

I'll post here when I get more info.

I now have Keymaker's '48 Tucker Torpedo, '69 Charger, and General Lee .pdf files archived. (Thank you David). He has given me permission to share them, so PM me your email address if you want them.

I have suggested lodging them in our Downloads section, but I won't proceed with that until he gives permission. Hopefully he will soon join us here and we can persuade him to rekindle his designing interest.
