Can anyone identify these trucks?

Can anyone identify the SUV and van in the foreground of this picture? And are there models available of them?

they look like Mercedes or Land Rover vehicles. But really we need much better pictures. This picture is so tiny and will not enlarge.

Also, you may want to cite that the picture is of one of the Mercy ships ( probably the African Mercy hospital ship ).

To me, they look like Toyota LandCruisers, I see no vans, just a container next to the cars.

The ship is the Africa Mercy. That's the only pic I had, so I cropped the pic to capture the cars. On my screen they look fine, but I see in the post what you mean. Here's the full pic of the ship, and another blowup of the cars, although it lost some resolution.
My first guess on the SUV was probably a Land Rover or a Range Rover, and Mercedes sounds reasonable for the van. But I'm not an automobile expert and I know there are many on here that are.

Maybe they are all the same vehicles. I thought the second was a van because of the hood, but looking at the windows they look the same.

the blow up shows them to be Land Rovers
and from looking at the original, the couple in the back, are Toyotas

Looks like a lot of Toyotas with the Mercy Ships logo on them.
Simple enough to find if you just do an image search for "africa mercy ship"

That weird hood could point to the UMM Alter. Some variants had that same window on the side of the roof like the Defender but that would be odd as they're not that common (portuguese 4x4 based on an older french one) and pretty old now (the last new ones were sold between 2000-2004). I also don't remember the Alter existing as a 5 door wagon.

I agree that most of them are Land Rover Defenders with a few Toyota Land Cruisers in the back. The Toyotas could also be Nssan Patrols.
