Russian Tractoe
Do any members know how I can obtain a copy of a Russian CT3-XT3 tractor.
I saw a pic of the model on a site but says it is no longer available. The publisher is MBA Card Models. I have a copy of their dozer Type 65. It is a highly detailed model with good assembly drawings and 3D comp generated pics of the assembly process. I am sure the tractor would be the same. Thanks Owen |

Passing strange....using Firefox, it downloaded no problem, but IE refused to go there...and only for that one file. It is indeed an awesome model. Maybe start it after I get done with that *@^#%$ Italian rail gun. The first 500 pieces done, and all to show for it is the wheels. These things are lifetime commitments.

American browsers - Russia's Facebook equivalent - anyone see a political issue? The Opera browser - which comes from Norway - had no problems at all. If anyone doesn't think that the Internet is highly politicised - I've read that Russia is designing a parallel DNS framework to be deployed in the BRIC countries to reduce American influence on the Internet.
MBA models are really amazing models - they might be beyond the average modeller's ability and patience though. There are models of a T-60 tank and Komintern artillery tractor by MBA as well. For anyone who wants something different for their STZ-KhTZ tractor - these were used extensively in 1941-42 as artillery tractors by the Red Army and captured examples by the Wehrmacht. I believe the STZ-KhTZ was a Russianised version of an US International tractor. Regards, Charlie |

Thank you Rickstef for your help, the download went fine, does MBA have any other tractor, crawler or loco models on their site.
