doe's anybody know this cars 3 character ???
I checked google.com but no luck it was not in the movie version either??

only found this one?? it a Jackson storm fan! but I don't know the name of this little one in purple color on this image! only?!

can some one help me out here please??

Obviously theres no requirement for a name...
this isn't a character that we need to know by name.
The "fan" represents any young fan that gets snubbed by their hero.

Your focus is supposed to be on Storm's attitude and response to the young fan.

I'd say you could make up your own name for this "young fan" and it would be okay.

How about little Penny Fancy?

Just your usual high-tech anthropomorphized racing car antagonist
