Outstanding! Never had the patience for motorcycles, but I really admire the ones I have seen here.

Great job

Vehicle pdo vs instructions

Hi,
I build Yamaha bike which was having building instructions step by step.
This Kawasaki bike having PDO file, I found building vehicle quite difficult than building instructions.
What you think 🤔

You messed up mufflers, handlebars and rear view mirros but model does look a lot like real thing. Buddy of mine use to have one and I got to ride it few times when we swapped bikes. I had Yamaha 750 Virago at the time. Much more user friendly bike but Kawi was a whole lot faster and more comfy bike.

Another friend of ours had Honda 750 Nighthawk. He might still have it

Thanks for bringing in memories.

Firstly, congratulations on a fine build of a difficult model. I have found in the past that I have had to make quite a few modifications to get something which I have been able to cope with. You have done well with the original design.

I agree that just a PDO file for a complex model makes things very difficult, as it gives no hint as to a sensible building order. It is easy to get so far and then find that it is impossible to fit subsequent parts, so you have to dismantle things or start all over again. Still, I see it that "Kozin" (I don't know his real name) has put in a lot of work yet made the results available to all of us for nothing, so I really have no complaint that he has "left it as an exercise for the reader". The resulting challenge is all part of the fun!

I have to thank you for reminding me to revisit these models and try one of the three which I haven't yet done. In case you are interested, the five I have completed are shown on my web site here.

Alan
