The white ones look like internal reinforcements for the tire strips.
The grey ones must be the interior wall of the rim.

Yes, that's it, but I'm wondering for the interior structure of the car to suport the wheel axels. Well, I'm thinking of wheels rolling for the car. The parts I see Tell me that the wheels Will be glued without axels.

I think it's like Ruben says, white strips reinforcements and gray what would be the rims. Bear in mind that the gray must join the reverse, that is, the gray inside. I suppose they are the rims.

I don't see anything to support the axel either, there is usually some sort of chassis or frame for wheel support. You may have to fabricate something to support axels so the wheel will turn.

is there a second sheet with the chassis?

are there any pictures on the designer's site showing the bottom, or an instruction manual?

This is what happens when you download models from pirates, or unauthorized distributors!
You get ripped off.
You get models that have been altered or with parts missing.
You get no help or support from the original designer.

This model sheet has been altered, it is originally a two page model.
And Takahiro's name, logo, and web address have been removed from the model sheet.

Oddly, the original model does not have a chassis.
I am unsure how the wheels are intended to attach.

Si sólo tienes esa hoja, es claro que falta la hoja donde va la parte baja del automóvil.

If you only have that sheet, it is clear that the sheet where the lower part of the car is missing is missing.

I am using the google translator, I hope you understand my answer.
