Starting First Build
So finally starting my first build, I decided on the 1975 Alpina BMW 3.0 CSL from Dace's Card Creations. Good choice for a first attempt? Not really sure but choose it we did.
It consists of four pages, printed out on 65# cover stock. I went for the easiest piece to start with so try not to laugh. I can say proudly that I have been successful in transforming a flat 2d shape into a 3d shape.

No laughing here.
Your corners look good! I haven't attempted a car model, so I look forward to seeing how you get on. |

So I made a little more headway. This required a bit more figuring out how to get it together but I have the car tub, I guess, put together. Still doesn't look like a car but I can now see how big it will be.

Everything looks nice and straight. Nice work. My only suggestion would be that you color the exposed paper edges before assembly. I use a very small pointed brush and water colors. Some modelers use watercolor pencils, colored markers, acrylic paints, etc.
