Thought I'd post an update. I'm going through the painstaking process of prepping all the parts for assembly. Since I glue the flaps to the back of all parts and ink all the edges, it takes quite a while. There are about 750 parts in total.

I did manage to build the transmission so here is a pic on that. More to come in the next few weeks.

Thanks, guys, for the comments.

I got tired of cutting parts and went ahead and started building the engine. I quickly realized that its taking me a lot longer than I thought (mainly because I'm trying to be more careful about it). I was foolish to think I could release it by end of Feb. Now I'm not really sure. Guess it will be done when its done

Here are some progress pics on the engine. I managed to get a few parts and one cylinder done. I think it's going pretty good so far so I am satisfied.

One can see that you took your time with the parts....they look sharp and nice...
The "I can't believe is paper!!" phrase really apply here.
I just love the cylinder, I wish my cylinders end up looking half of pretty than yours.
Good work!! Please, keep amazing us with your build...

Alright, guys, here is my rendition of Walz Hardcore Cycles' customized Screamin' Eagle Harley v-twin engine.

I used matte paper so the finish is a little dull (glossy paper might have been better here).

Next on my plate is the bike frame.

Thanks for the support guys. It really helps motivate me to finish this project.
