First, the engine. Those fins were a pain but I like how they came out. The exhaust pipes were a bit crooked but that's ok I guess, for the vanilla build.

Now the finished vanilla build of the Mille Miglia. Overall, I'm satisfied. I think the front wheel could be a little bigger. It has some movable parts like the front fork, front wheel, and the rear suspension. The length ended up being about 14 inches (35.5 cm).

Now the final push to finish this model.

Thanks, everyone for the gracious comments. :D

If it can bring a smile to at least one person, then I'm happy.

I forgot to mention that I left some small details out like the spark plug grommets, some bolt heads here and there, and a couple other things. Got a little lazy there I suppose :p.

This model won't be for sale--it will be FREE! If that makes me crazy so be it :D. I promised it would be free and so it shall. Plus I wouldn't feel right profiting on something that was essentially the brainchild of a bike builder that I respect (props to Marcus Walz). If you see the final one on sale somewhere, rest assured it is probably some low-life pirate trying to make a quick buck.

I think I'll take a week or so off and spend some time during the upcoming holidays to fix/tweak the design and refresh on how to do texture mapping in Meta (it's been a while since I've messed with that feature).

More to come...
