1931 Bugatti racer by ichiyama
The kit is 1/35 scale. I scaled it up to 1/24. It was an easy kit to build except for the tires. I had to build a dozen to get five I liked, and I'm still not entirely happy with them.
I don't often get excited about cars, but I've had my eye on this kit for years. There are some extraordinarily talented car modelers in my IPMS group -- photos of their models could easily be mistaken for the real thing. I really admire their work and I wanted to show them what is possible in paper. They were impressed.

Good job on that. Those are nice little kits. I started the Williams version (green) after blowing it up to 1/25th. Probably should go back and finish it some day.
