Kiwi 2’s 1949 Chrysler as a test bed
Howdy,
A good friend sent a chrome paint marker as a surprise gift. Thank you Jim I. Just for kicks I downloaded Kiwi 2’s 1949 Chrysler as a test bed. Printed on letter size 110 lb cardstock. This was a pleasant build ; thank you Kiwi 2. The Internet provided many 1949 Chrysler Photo references. The final build measures 5 1/2 inches long, 2 1/2 inches wide and 1 3/4 inches high. My model is a bit wiggly-not perfectly straight. The Chrome Paint Marker works beautifully on thin paper strips! Great for aircraft landing gear. However, spraying the model a final Krylon shakey can protective acrylic gloss coat dulls the chrome. But retouching was easily applied using the Chrome felt tip marker. BP |

Looks like a useful resource, Bob.
And a good-looking build of Kiwi 2's Chrysler woody. Don |

That certainly improves the appearance. Yours looks far better than mine did.
Thank you for posting it. |
