Le Mans Hypercar
Hi All;
Has anyone tried to model the current crop of Le Mans hypercar? I know the late prototyp.com site used to have the older group C cars, but the closest thing I can find are team AOC's miniature sports prototypes. Also I am interested in the upcoming Peugeot, Cadillac, BMW and Porsche hypercars. Best wishes; Matt |

The problem with these cars is many of them have such complicated curves and surfaces
making them less attractive as paper models. Too many seams, more difficult to build, etc And from a designers point of view, they can be a lot more difficult and time consuming to create. I love these race cars and wish I could find better ways to design them. Even stylized into simplified miniatures, I still struggle to represent the shapes. Thats why I don't have more modern track racers in my Koolwheelz collection.

Complicated for paper and still too much of a niche for plastic. There was the Audi from Revell of Germany several years ago now and the Toyota Gazoo from Tamiya a couple of years ago and that's been it.
