Mark,
I would prefer you to start a new thread on the new car, it is easier for someone to search on a 1925 Cadillac, and find it at the top of the results because it is in its own thread. Rick

Will agree with Rick about the Cad needing its own thread. By the way excellent work on those interior panels.

I favor pre 1930 automobiles and am glad to see you taking this project on.

I see this 1/12th scale thread has received over 1,200 views. I feel as if I'm disappointing these viewers by no longer planning to complete this thread. I might resume it one day, but I am shifting my car modeling efforts to smaller scales and simpler constructions.
One reason for this: lately, I have less appetite for complex model building projects. I'm thankful that I still have the mental and physical capacity for this hobby, but I seem to have less ambition than I once had. The other reason is that there are a great many cars that I still want to build. Thus the shift to smaller, simpler models, so I can represent more cars in less time. Quantity over complexity. I think it will be fun for me. As this thread ends, this link provides the transition to the thread for my 1/24th scale model of a 1925 Cadillac sedan, which is near completion: 1925 Cadillac Sedan. Please enjoy. |
