Mice and cardmodels

Some have the cat menace to the card modeler but I have what can only be called Captain mouse who loves chewing on card models. what is it with him I wonder surely ink on card can't be that tasty to a mouse, he wanders to my build table and takes a look and then he chews upon my builds a little here a little there. Do I need to put down mouse traps now near my card models he seems so interested in them

My suggestion to you would be to get a cat... I have two, and they've never chewed, played with, or done anything more than sniff any model I have ever built. Once you have a cat, no more mouse problem...

Can't get a cat against the rules of the letting and to top it off I am afraid of cats, had a bad experience of a cat when I was a baby

I have cats in my house, and, (um,) without going into regrettable detail, I think that you are better off dealing with the mouse yourself.

All the years I've modeled in various media, I've always had cats. I had cats before I ever modeled, and I've never had one of them ever do a thing other than sniff. Amazing.

I do have one cat at the moment, who does drag strips of paper (from the floor, she won't get up on my workbench) around the house, but that's it.
