The problem I had with the Walrus was in the compound curves of the hull bottom. The top is a box, but the bottom is all curves.

Have a look at Bruno's thread ... page 660+ there's a few flying boats offered. Have a peek at how he's gone about it, but I'm pretty sure he hasn't done a Walrus yet.
